Where you can find us

Business Link is located on the 1st floor of the Nowy Rynek E building.
We invite you first to the main reception desk, which is located on the ground floor of the building.
After registering, you will be invited to the elevators and get to the 1st floor, where our reception is located.

When you visit us for the first time

When you leave the elevator, you will be greeted by a Customer Care employee who will provide you with the necessary help.

  • We will welcome you at the reception and show you around our space.
  • We will take you to the office space you have chosen.
  • You will receive a Card and its receipt protocol.
  • You will learn more about our application and its functionalities (you will also find this information in IT section).
  • When you make yourself comfortable at your place of work, you will receive login and password for the printer system and installation instructions – this information can also be found in IT section.
  • If you use a hot desk you will receive information about your locker and code.
  • If you have any further questions, feel free to contact us.

Remember that smoking and drinking alcohol is not allowed in our premises. The smoking area is located next to the building in designated area.

When you do not have a card

We will issue you your first card and a duplicate card if it was lost or damaged.

We strongly advise to keep them safe as you will be charged for lost cards!

In case You lost your card please inform us as soon as possible, so we could block it.

Correspondence

We will collect or send your correspondence between 9:00 and 17:00.

  • Large shipments that arrive on pallets must be reported to the Building Manager 24 hours before the planned delivery date – otherwise the Building Security will not allow a courier to enter the building. Notify us please at: nowyrynek@business.link.
    Please inform the courier to take the pallet back immediately as storage is not available at Business Link premises.
  • Request your contractors to address shipments to the following address:Your Company Name

    and add the name of the recipient.
  • If you receive a registered letter, remember to have a company stamp for confirmation.
  • Please note that we do not accept cash on delivery or mail addressed to the recipient’s own hands.
  • We will confirm receipt or posting of your shipment in writing.

We collect shipments with dimensions not larger than 40 cm x 50 cm x 12 cm and weight not exceeding 3 kg. If your shipment has a non-standard size, we will call you to pick it up personally when a courier arrives.

Guest reception

Are you expecting guests? Inform us about it by sending an e-mail to high5@business.link!

We will welcome your guests, inform you about their arrival and offer them coffee or tea in anticipation of your coming.

Remember that all guests must register at our reception. If you welcome them by yourself, remember to meet this requirement. It is necessary for the safety of all of us.

Services for your office

We care about the cleanliness of your office every day.

If something unexpected has happened, please let us know and our staff will arrive with immediate help.

  • We have all kinds of office supplies because not everyone needs to know dimensions of envelopes or carry a stapler with them. If you have forgotten your phone charger, we will also provide it to you.
  • We will supplement the paper in printers in the print rooms.We provide basic IT support.
  • Our cleaning service provides cleaning of the common spaces every hour, and takes care of the kitchen services (like coffee and milk). Your office and common spaces are also cleaned every night. Due to the sanitary rules please remember to put all used dishes directly to the washing machines. It will help to provide safety for all of us.

Additional offer

We will accept an order for extended assistance from the IT area

e.g. collocation in a server room or private network. A full list of our services can be found in IT section

Everyday around 9:30 a.m. the Ślimak Catering appears on the first floor.

Conference rooms

A list and description of our conference rooms can be found in the Business Link application.

With the application, you will book a room and we will send you invoce once a month for the services you used. If you do not have our application yet, instructions on how to access it you will find in the App section.
At your request, we can provide a service (water, coffee, tea) in the conference rooms. If you need help in using the screen, changing the temperature, or lighting in the conference room, please ask our Customer Care team for assistance by contacting the reception calling this number:
