Where you can find us

Customer Care Team
After passing through the tripods on the left, right behind them you will find the door with Business Link sign and then employees of the Customer Care Team will guide you.
You may count on our full support.
- We will welcome you at the reception and show you around our space.
- We will take you to the office space you have chosen.
- You will receive a Card and sign receipt protocol.
- You will learn more about our application and its functionalities (you will also find this information in IT section).
- When you make yourself comfortable at your place of work, you will receive a welcome email from us, including login and password for the printer system and installation instructions – this information can also be found in IT section.
- If you use a hot desk you will receive information about your locker and code.
- If you have any further questions, feel free to contact us.
Remember that smoking and drinking alcohol is not allowed in our premises. The smoking area is located behind the building, in front of the main entrance.
We will issue you your first card and a duplicate card if it was lost or damaged.
We strongly advise to keep them safe as you will be charged for lost cards!
If your card is lost, inform us about this immediately, so the card can be blocked.
We will collect or send your correspondence between 9:00 and 17:00.
We collect shipments with dimensions not larger than 40 cm x 50 cm x 12 cm and weight not exceeding 3 kg. If your shipment has a non-standard size, we will call you to pick it up personally when a courier arrives.
- Shipments arriving on pallets must be reported 24 hours before the delivery date. Report them to us at maraton@business.linkPlease inform the courier to take the pallet back immediately as storage is not available at Business Link premises.
- Request your contractors to address shipments to the following address:Your Company NameBusiness Link MaratonKrólowej Jadwigi 43,61-871 Poznańand add the name of the recipient. If you receive a registered letter, remember to have a company stamp for confirmation.
- Please note that we do not accept cash on delivery or mail addressed to the recipient’s own hands.
- We will confirm via e-mail receipt or shipment of your posting.
Are you expecting guests? We will welcome them, inform you about their arrival and offer them coffee or tea in anticipation of your coming.

Remember that all guests must register at our reception. If you welcome them by yourself, remember to meet this requirement. It is necessary for the safety of all of us.
We care about the cleanliness of your office every day.
If something unexpected has happened, please let us know and our staff will arrive with immediate help.
- We have all kinds of office supplies because not everyone needs to know dimensions of envelopes or carry a stapler with them.
- We will supplement the paper in printers in the print rooms.
- We provide basic IT support.
- Our cleaning service provides cleaning of the common spaces and toilets every hour, and takes care of the kitchen services (like coffee and milk). Your office and common spaces are also cleaned every night. Due to the sanitary rules please remember to put all used dishes directly after usage to the washing machines. It will help to provide safety for all of us.

We will accept orders for extended assistance from the IT area
Every day around 10a.m. Ślimak Food Service appears on the B0 level.
Their offer includes sandwiches, lunches, desserts and salads.
In our spaces you will also find vending machine with drinks and snacks
You will find it on A0 level (When you enter the A0 level, turn left behind the kitchen, walki along the conference rooms and turn left again towards the printer.)
